Franklin Micciche
October 10, 1953 – April 14, 2025
Frank was born in Bay Shore, NY, and lived for many years in Smithtown. He attended Smithtown schools, followed by Concordia College. He loved his years as a volunteer fireman for the Smithtown Fire Dept. He was a knowledgeable historian of the Smithtown area and the surrounding towns. He was an avid skier and model car collector.
He and his young family relocated to Charlottesville, VA-a community filled with great opportunities-where he thrived managing his own businesses for many years. As retirement approached, Frank worked as a troubleshooter and district manager for a national restaurant chain.
He found great pleasure in woodworking and created beautiful mementos for his many friends and family.
He is survived by his adoring wife Jeanne; his loving mother, Dot; brother Paul and sister Julie; dearest son James, daughter-in-law Kavita, and devoted daughter Caroline; two dear grandchildren who brought him great joy; many loving nieces and nephews; and an army of devoted friends.
