Franklin Rourke Obituary
He was born in Gloversville, NY on March 26, 1974 a son of Franklin Rourke Sr. and Judy Young Miller.
Franklin was educated in Gloversville, NY. He was employed for a time at Washburn's Dairy in Gloversville and worked installing swimming pools in the area with Jim Lais. He enjoyed NASCAR especially Dale Earnhardt and Dale Jr. and was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed watching WWE Wrestling.
He married Deborah Bushnoe Rourke on July 29, 2024. In addition to his wife Deborah he is survived by his father, Franklin Rourke Sr. of Gloversville, NY. His two children, Franklin Rourke III and Shayla Rourke. Two stepchildren, Leah Mosher and Edrie Murphy. His sister- in-law, Kandy Delong (Derek Delong). Nieces and nephews, Tiana Waldvogel, Michael Waldvogel Jr, Annessa Delong, Derek Delong Jr Serena Delong, His two great-nephews Ryan Delong and Damon Waldvogel. His siblings, John Rourke, Sherri Zwack and Tammy Pitt. A cherished grandson, Eli Murphy. Nieces and nephews, Amanda (Michael) Amanat, Bradley (Julie) Dingman, David (Nicole) Zwack, Eric Zwack, Mackenzie Zwack, Cheyenne (Cory) LaQue, great-nieces and nephews, Michael and Ian Amanat, Willow and Sofia LaQue, Aleesha Weaver and Mateo Weaver Fegley. Aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
There are no funeral services scheduled at this time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Rose & Hughes Funeral Home, 200 Church St., Amsterdam, NY 12010.
