Franklin William "Frankie" Sims

Franklin W. "Frankie" Sims, 53, of Owego, NY, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024, after a short illness. Frankie was predeceased by his mother, Sharon Sims; grandmother, Dolores Cliver; two aunts, Kathy Kent, Wendy Vanderkarr. Frankie is survived by his two children, Tryston Sims, Hailey Sims; father, Glenn (Terry) Sims; step-son, Devin Blinn; siblings, Glenn (Jennifer) Vranizan, Colleen (Eric) Secord, Chad Sims, Michael Sims, Phillip Spearing, Joshua Spearing, Nicole (Jeff) Carp; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Frankie was a loving man who always greeted you with a warm smile and a hug. He lit up the room with his goofy personality and was known to bust a move any chance he got. Frankie had a passion for music and trucks, but most of all he will be remembered for his love of his children and family. He will be missed by many! Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY.
