Fred was a devoted father whose life was marked by hard work, steadfast dedication, and an unwavering commitment to providing for those he loved. Fred and Charlene shared a lifelong love that began while they were attending Lipscomb University. They were married on June 5, 1965, beginning a partnership grounded in faith, devotion, and mutual respect. Their marriage was a steady and enduring bond, marked by deep affection and shared purpose. Even after Charlene's passing, Fred carried her memory with him-speaking of her with tenderness and holding her close in his heart.

Those who knew him will remember his steady presence, his compassion, and the way he made others feel valued and cared for.
The family extends special and heartfelt thanks to Dawn West, Pat Christiansen, Dr. Gabino Maza, and the entire staff of the Sparta DaVita Dialysis Clinic for their exceptional care, compassion, and friendship over the past seven years. Fred held each of you very dear and was deeply grateful for the love and support you showed him.
Fred's life was a testament to faith, perseverance, and love, and he will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Fred's memory to the TTU Child Development Lab, 200 W. 10th Street,
