Freda Howell Obituary
Freda Mae Howell of Davison, age 91, died Wednesday February 11, 2026 at her residence. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. No public services are being held. Those desiring may make contributions in Freda’s memory to the charity of your choice.
Freda was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas on January 19, 1935 the daughter of William and Olivia Burton and had resided in Arkansas in her early years, and has been in Davison for over twenty years. Freda always enjoyed playing BINGO, and also spent numerous hours doing Puzzle books while enjoying the quietness of her home. She had been employed by Flint Asphalt and Paving Co. for over twenty years.
Freda leaves to cherish her memory sons: Robert “Bob’ Howell, and Keith and wife Sandra Howell. She also leaves her loving grandchildren: Anthony Howell, Derrick (Samantha) Howell, Danielle (Matt) Minnick, Kerstin (Rishard) Hawk, Nicholas Howell; and great-grandchildren: Jordan, Hunter, Michele, Ava, Kyja, Kara, and Sarai: Cousin Lavedia Evans and many friends. She is preceded in death by daughter-in-law Michelle “Mickey” Howell in 2020.
