Lori Lynn Nowicki of North Branch, formerly of Davison, age 53, died Wednesday February 4, 2026 at her residence. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A Gathering Time of family and friends will be Saturday February 14, 2026 from 11:00 – 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions in Lori’s memory to the family.
Lori was born in Flint Michigan on January 16, 1973 the daughter of the late Gerald and Mary Jo (Atkinson) Godfrey. Lori spent her early years in Davison before relocating with her husband to North Branch. She was a graduate of Davison High School Class of 1991. She was joined in marriage to Kirk Nowicki on June 6, 1998 in Grand Blanc. Lori’s true love was her family and especially her grandchildren, whether they were boating, sharing holiday, or just getting together, it was always a highlight in her life. She had a love of animals, and a passion for shopping especially for boots, those who knew her would say she loved the “diva look”. Lori was a kind heart who always wanted to help those around her; she spent numerous years in the Home Health Care as caregiver and was presently employed by: Helping Hands Health Care.
She leaves to cherish her memory Husband Kirk. Her children: Jessica (John) Liccardello, Garrett Nowicki, and her loving grandchildren; Sophia Liccardello, and Percy Licccardello. Surviving also are sister, Kris (Matthew) Johnston, brothers, Don Godfrey, Bob Godfrey, and a host of extended family and friends.
