Frederick Burnside Obituary
Age 74 of Van Etten, NY. He was born May 27, 1951in Wellsboro, PA, son of the late Norville and Jean (Bliss) Burnside and passed away Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Robert Packer Hospital. He is survived by his wife Cheryl (Evertts) Burnside; son and daughter-in-law Chad and Ashley Burnside; grandchildren Caleb and Connor Burnside all of Bath, NY; sons Brett and Todd Wenban both of Bath, NY, Eric Tillotson of Syracuse, NY and Jesse Tillotson of Van Etten; sisters Sharon Wheaton of Corning and Susan Titus of Addison. Fred was a truck driver with employment with A.L. Blade Construction, Seneca Beverage and being self employed. After retirement, he went back to work with Stateline Auto Auction. It was Fred's request that there be no services. A sincere thank you from Fred's family to Dr. Matto and all the staff at the Falck Center.

RIP Fred we're gonna miss you at Stateline. I always enjoyed you on my trips and just the other day you sent me a text that said you'll be back in two weeks. I'll do a memorial trip with you.
