Frederick S. Vasile

Frederick S, Vasile, 62, of Bristol, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 4, 2025, at St. Mary's Hospital after a long illness. Frederick was born in Bristol on January 3, 1963, and is the son of Ann Marie (Fucci) Byington and the late Robert S. Vasile. He was a 1981 graduate of Bristol Central High School and was a long time employee of Waste Material Trucking in Southington until an injury forced him to retire. Frederick absolutely loved music. His tastes varied from Stevie Wonder, The Allman Brothers to Metallica, ZZ Top and Elton John. He also to love to watch tv especially wrestling and cheering for the Miami Dolphins. He also loved to be in the pool and lounge around at the beach. Besides his mother, Frederick is survived by his fiancé, Sharon Jerome of Bristol and also by his two brothers, Jeffrey Vasile of Bristol and Robert Vasile of Arizona and also by his new canine companion, Coco. Calling hours for Frederick will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 5-7 PM with a service at 7 PM at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, CT 06010. Burial will be held privately.
