A ceremony with Navy honor guard will be held at Green-Wood cemetery in Brooklyn.
Frederick attended North Quincy High School, Harvard College, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
He was employed at Stone and Webster Engineering Corp.
Frederick served in the US Navy.
In order to honor his memory, donations can be made to the Brooklyn Chamber Music Society or the charity of your choice.
