Frieda Jane Frost, 89, passed away on January 6, 2024 at her home, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. She was born in Norfolk Nebraska and grew up in Bly, Klamath Falls, and Merrill Oregon. She married Lewis Frost in 1959 and spent 37 wonderful years together until his death in 1996. The Frost family loved camping and fishing and made annual trips to the coast for deep sea fishing adventures. After Lew retired, they hit the road in their motorhome for several cross-country trips.
Frieda was a homemaker who loved the Lord and her family. She was also an accomplished artist, painting in oils and acrylics through much of her adult life.
Frieda is survived by her brother LeRoy (Bonnie) Schlecht, her children and their families: Rosemarie Frost, Myra Barlow, Jessica (Michael) Rumble; grandchildren Tracie (Scott) Patterson, Max Rumble; and great granddaughter Liberty Patterson.
Frieda’s departure will leave a void in all our lives, but we find comfort in knowing she is finally at peace.
