Scottsdale - Dr. Gabriel Reuben, 98, passed away on October 29, 2023. Gabe was born July 2, 1925 in New York City. He received his Doctorate from New York University and was Superintendent of the Scottsdale School District in the early 1970s. Gabe was a Veteran of World War II and will be buried in the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona on Monday, November 6th at 2:00 pm. He is survived by his wife, Penny, two sisters-in-law, Bobbie Conrady and Sandi Conrady, and numerous nieces and nephews. Donations may be made to ASU Foundation, Critical Languages Institute, in memory of Gabriel Reuben, PO Box 872401, Tempe, AZ 85287
