He was born in Cheboygan to Gregory and Brandy (LaRocque) Schmaltz on February 2, 2002.
Gabe graduated from Cheboygan High School in 2020. He enjoyed playing cards with friends, watching Anime and playing video games.
He is survived by his parents, Greg and Brandy; his brother, Elijah Christian and a grandmother, Peggy LaRocque.
Gabe was preceded in death by grandparents, Harold Schmaltz, Virginia VanNote and Donald LaRocque.
Family will remember him privately at this time.
