Gail J. Harm, age 84, of New Haven, passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 14, 2025. She was born on November 25, 1940, in Mount Clemens, to the late, Arnold and Marvean Miller. She married Frederick K. Harm, on August 12, 1961, in New Haven, he preceded her in death on April 7, 1994.
Gail's employment included a court reporter typist and a legal secretary for Denis LeDuc. She was an active member of St. John's, New Haven, St. Peter, Macomb and St. Peter's, Richmond. Gail was also a church choir and handbell choir ringer for many years and a member of the New Haven Community Chorus. She was an avid reader and patron of Jean Waterloo Library of Lenox Twp. She was a lover of pool life and lake life in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and tending to her flower gardens.
Gail is survived by her son, Glenn Harm (Janet), Windsor, Colorado, daughter, Cindy Harkness (Howard), New Haven, Michigan, granddaughters, Hannah Peterson (Tristan) Loveland, Colorado, Stephanie Harkness, Utica, Michigan and Rachel Harkness, Saginaw, Michigan along with sister, Cheryl Matthews (Charlie), Grand Blanc, Michigan.
Gail was preceded in death by her stepfather, Ray Liebzeit.
Funeral service will be 1:00pm on Thursday June 19, 2025, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 67055 Gratiot, Richmond, Michigan 48062, Pastor Gerhardt Doroh, Pastor Emeritus and Pastor Mark Haller will officiate. Visitation will be at the church 11:00am-1:00pm. Burial will be in Centennial Cemetery.
Memorial tributes can be made to The Angel Tuition Fund at St. Peter's, Richmond.
