Gail Ingemi Obituary
Obituary published on Legacy.com by John Everett & Sons Funeral Home at Natick Common on Nov. 20, 2025.
Gail A. (Gallerani) Ingemi, 68, of Winchendon, formerly of Natick, passed away on November 11, 2025. She was born in Boston on May 15, 1957, to the late Charles and Alice (Bowler) Gallerani.
Beloved wife of Michael Ingemi. Devoted mother of Heather, Chris, and Alyssa. Cherished sister of Carol and her husband Charles Smaltz; Leanne and her husband Joseph Ingemi; and the late Debbie Gallerani. Loving aunt to Michael Custer and his wife Casey (Boudreau), Meghan Custer, Ryan Smaltz, and Sarah Smaltz, and great-aunt to Joey and Annabelle Custer.
Gail was a proud Natick High graduate, Class of '75, and worked at Stop & Shop in Natick throughout high school. She later achieved her dream and became a Registered Nurse (BSN) and absolutely loved anything and everything medical. She was also a dedicated Girl Scout troop leader who made a significant impact on the lives of many young girls.
Gail found deep comfort in her faith, especially in the belief that she would one day be reunited with loved ones. When she wasn't busy deep-diving into books and learning something new, she loved celebrating holidays and family gatherings-some of her most cherished memories. She delighted in making homemade flags for holidays and seasons, quilting, trips to the Kittery outlets in Maine, astrology, crafting, baking, throwing epic Halloween parties, traveling, and decorating the entire house for every occasion. She was also an avid cake decorator for friends and family throughout her life.
Gail was one of the kindest, most caring, and most beautiful souls in the world. She had a gift for making people feel cherished and loved, welcoming everyone she met and making them feel like part of the family. Her home was always filled with her children's friends, and she cared for them as if they were her own. She loved getting together with her Class of '75 friends to share a meal and catch up.
Her enthusiasm for life was unmatched. Gail loved her family and friends with every fiber of her being. Without her, the world feels irrevocably changed, and the weight of her loss is something we will carry with us always.
