Gail J. Mazzocchi, 68, a resident of Fox Lake, IL, passed away on October 17, 2025 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 6, 1957 in Waukegan to Eugene and Leona (nee Tarkowski) Siekierski.
