Galen Husmann Obituary
Galen Dean Husmann, 60, of Stevensville passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2025 at his home.
A memorial service will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, March 8, 2925 at The Chapel, 4250 Washington Ave., St. Joseph, MI 49085 with Pastor Corey Kugle officiating. Friends may meet with the family at the church on Saturday from 1-3 PM, prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to Love Justice International, PO Box 67195, Lincoln, NE 68506. Galen was born on June 1, 1964 in Glenwood, MN the son of the late Harry and Evangelyn (Wilson) Husmann. On August 8, 1992 he married the former Melissa Stephas. Galen was a member at The Chapel and had worked at Whirlpool for 20+ years. He enjoyed golf and photography.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Melissa; two children: Morgan Husmann and Colin (Lily) Husmann; and two brothers: Keith (Tracy) Husmann and Lydell (Karen) Husmann.
Galen was also preceded in death by a brother, Berwyn Husmann.
Arrangements are entrusted to Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman.
