Lucille grew up during the hardships of the Great Depression, an experience that shaped her resilience, faith, and generous spirit. At just 11 years old, she helped found Unity Church, beginning a lifelong devotion to her faith community where she joyfully taught Sunday School and remained actively involved for decades. She took great pride in her beautiful garden, especially her beloved red roses, which seemed to bloom as brightly as her warm smile. During World War II, she worked at a bomb manufacturing plant, where she met the love of her life and future husband of 40 years, beginning a partnership built on strength and devotion. Above all, Lucille cherished her family, she adored her children and grandchildren, celebrating their accomplishments and surrounding them with unwavering love. Lucille was dearly loved and will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
