Garnett "Alberta" Biddle, 79, of Anderson, passed away on July 26, 2025, at her home surrounded by family. She was born on October 19, 1945, in Anderson, Indiana.
Alberta retired as a Custodian for Anderson Community Schools after 33 years of service. Alberta was a uniquely wonderful person who had the ability to see the good in everyone, and everyone saw the best in her as she was so genuine.
Alberta is survived by her children, Cathy (Mark Frazier) Judd, Patty (Rick) Edmonson and Paul (Lisa) Biddle; brother, John (Mitch) Keller; grandchildren, Aaron (Jessie) Humphrey, Casey (Becka) Judd, Zachary (Tonia) Golday, Lane (Brooklyn) Biddle, Jonathan Biddle, Joseph Biddle, Rob Ress, and Cody Ress; great-grandchildren, Riley and Logan Humphrey, Jodi, Emma, Baby Mark Judd, Kristiena, Camden, Kinsley Golday, Remington Biddle, great-great-grandchildren, Riley Keesling Jr, Kysen and Meilani Peed; and several nieces, nephews and special great niece, Karah Keller.
Alberta was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Garnett Smith; son, Robert Ress:, siblings, Monty Smith and Charlene Susie Jefferies; granddaughter Ashley Humphrey; and lifelong friend, Donna Smith.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 29, 2025, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd Street, Anderson, IN.
Services will be Tuesday, July 29, 2025, 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Don Billey officiating.
Burial will take place in East Maplewood Cemetery. www.LooseCares.com.
