He was born on November 23, 1953, in Rowan County to the late Odis and Ann Albright.
He Graduated from South Rowan High School in 1972, and enjoyed a friendship with many of his classmates.
He worked as an insulator at Kosa for majority of his adulthood, then retired from PCA in Spencer, NC.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Mary Craig.
Left to remember him in loving thoughts are his wife of 27 years Shannon Lankford Albright; daughters: Ashley Negrón & husband Luis and Melissa Williams & boyfriend Colin Weaver; brother Daryl Albright & wife Kathy; sister Teresa McGuire & Husband Richard; as well as 6 grandchildren, Caleb Martin, Zoey Williams, Chloe Williams, Brendan Williams, Mavis Weaver and Alice Weaver.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday October 12, 2025, at Cleveland 1st Baptist, 200 Maple St, Cleveland, NC 27013, conducted by Rev. Keith Mason, with meal to follow.
