Gary Bybee, 66, of Frankfort, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Clinton House Rehabilitation and Health Center. He was born in Frankfort on October 2, 1959, to James and Mary Catherine (Cunningham) Bybee.
Gary attended Frankfort High School. He worked most of his life as a painter. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching football games, and playing his harmonica.
Gary is survived by his children, Joshua (Nicole) Donoho; siblings, Jimmy Bybee, Kyrea McGill, Jeff Bybee, Cathy Ford, Cheryl Bybee, Mike Bybee, Johnny Deiterle, Jerry Tague, and Nichole Black; along with many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private family services were held. Day & Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort is assisting with the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expenses. Messages of condolence may be left at www.dayandgenda.com.
