Gary Caudill Obituary
He leaves behind his loving wife, Sherree Decker Caudill; two children, Chris Caudill & wife Felicia, Melissa Caudill & fiancé Brandon McDaniel, all of London, KY; three grandchildren, Jacob Gray, Madison Caudill, Morgan Caudill; three siblings, George Caudill, Dennis Caudill & wife Vickie, Phyllis Boone & husband Johnny, all of London, KY; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pryce & Ola Morris Caudill; and by seven siblings, Dorsey Caudill, Orville Caudill, Ed Caudill, Pauline Hollan, Wilma Helton, Juanita Hurley, Ken Caudill.
Gary was a self-employed concrete worker and carpenter known for his exceptional craftsmanship. He found great joy in building and creating, leaving behind not only lasting structures but also cherished memories.
When not working, Gary was often found fishing by the water, strumming his guitar, or spending quality time with his family. He deeply loved his children and grandchildren, who brought endless pride and happiness into his life. Gary also adored his fur babies, Chico and Scooter, who were his loyal companions.
Gary's love for life and his generous spirit will be remembered by all who knew him. His legacy of hard work, creativity, and love for his family will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
A funeral service honoring Gary W. Caudill will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Wayne House officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 beginning at 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour, also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
