He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Robin Trudeau Frisbee; his children Christine (Joe), Cathleen, April (Phil) Burnham; his grandchildren Cameryn, Cadyn, Declan and Hailee; and his brothers, sister, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Gary was a proud Army Veteran, having served with the 82nd Airborne Division. He loved sharing stories about his paratrooper days. Gary was retired from Eastman Kodak Co. He was an Outdoorsman who shared in many fishing and hunting trips with his daughters. He was proud of the Frisbee family traditions he enjoyed with his family, especially gardening. Gary meticulously tended to his fields, farm equipment and plants. Winter days were spent working in his wood shop or perusing his beloved seed catalogs, planning his garden also spending hours cultivating and tending to his plantlings in his home built green house. This was a hobby he enjoyed most with his Grandchildren's help. Gary loved to share his fall crop with others. He was known for growing great vegetables, especially tomatoes and pumpkins. It brought him great joy to watch an excited child pick out their pumpkin. Gary was a talented chef who catered many special occasions and most especially loved cooking for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
All are invited to attend a celebration of Gary's life at Braddock Bay Park-Lodge One, at 199 East Manitou Road, Rochester NY 14612, on Friday September 26th between 3pm and 8pm.
