Gary Langley Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Davis Memorial Chapel on Dec. 5, 2025.
Gary Nelson Langley (1945-2025). It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Gary at Mount Ascutney Hospital on December 3, 2025. Gary was born on January 18, 1945 in Laconia, New Hampshire. Gary lived with his wife Judith on Coolidge Road in Springfield, VT until shortly before his death.

Since 1974, Gary served proudly as a Mason and a Shriner with St. John's Lodge Number 41 in Springfield, VT. He served from 1974 until his passing. His commitment to his brother Masons included serving as a four-time Lodge Master as well as a District Deputy Grand Master, amongst other Masonic works.

Gary is survived by his beloved wife, Judith and their daughter, Amy. He is mourned by his grandchildren; Emily, Henry, Lillian and Rose.

He is survived by his brothers Roger D. Langley and Bruce H. Langley and preceded in death by his brothers Peter L. Langley and Gerald A. Langley.

A private Masonic interment will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, Judith and Amy request Gary's memory be honored with donations to the Shriner's Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts.
