Gary Lenhart Obituary
GARY D. LENHART, of Richmond, Virginia, and formerly of Scott Depot, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025. Born in Ohio on March 15, 1962, Gary moved with his family to West Virginia at the age of eight and graduated from Winfield High School in 1980. He attended Marshall University before pursuing a career in retail management.
Gary was a devoted son to Harriet and Earl Lenhart and loving brother to Sheri Saunders (Larry), Tom Lenhart (Tina), John Lenhart, Andy Lenhart (Eda), and Katy England (Barry). He was also a proud father to Meghan Lenhart, Becky Lenhart Spellman (Daniel), and Zachary Lenhart, and grandfather to Kaleb Spellman. Gary also leaves behind countless nieces, nephews and cousins who forever remember his playful spirit, kind heart, and unforgettable antics.
Gary will be remembered for his generous heart, his deep love for family, and the joy and laughter he brought into every room. Above all, it is a true blessing that Gary found the peace of God before departing this earth and now dwells in eternal peace.
