Gary Len Lowry

Gary Lynn Lowry, 65, of Delaware, Oklahoma, passed away on March 16, 2026.

Gary was born August 24, 1960, in Spearman, Texas, and was raised in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. He built a life defined by hard work, family, and a love for the open road.

Gary spent more than 33 years as a truck driver, a career he truly loved. Driving wasn't just his job it was part of who he was. He enjoyed being outside, working with his hands, and staying busy. When he wasn't on the road, Gary could often be found watching NASCAR, something he always looked forward to.

Family meant everything to Gary.

He is survived by his wife, Jerri Lowry of Delaware, Oklahoma; his children, Gary Dale Lowry, Lori Zimmerer, Michelle Riddle, and Sarah Lowry; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought him great pride and happiness.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Lavon Lowry of Sand Springs, Oklahoma.

Gary will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love of the road, and the pride he had in his family.

A celebration of Gary's life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on March 21, 2026, at Western Heights Church, 200 N. Gilbert Ave., Cleveland, Oklahoma
