He was born on August 3, 1957 in Dixon Co., TN to the late Phillip Neblett and Thelma Wilson Neblett.
He was a resident of the Bradshaw area for most of his life. He was a loving father, grandfather, and brother. He will be missed by all that knew him,.
In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his companion of 23 years, Evanell Sizemore; sister, Judith Neblett Nash; and brothers James Robert Neblett, Ralph Neblett, and Lawrence Neblett.

Lindsey Hoke, Jasmine Hoke, Shaylee Kittle, Courtney Milhoan
Funeral services for Gary Wayne Neblett will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at the Three Forks Church of God at Three Forks, WV. Interment will follow at the Hagerman Family Cemetery near Pea Patch, VA. Pallbearers will be Relatives and Friends. Family and Friends will be officiating the service. A visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until the time of service. Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands is in charge of arrangements, and those wishing to express sympathy online may do so at www.hurstscottfuneralhomes.com
