Gary Scott "Price Man" Price

Gary Scott "Price Man" Price, 61, of Shenandoah, passed away February 13, 2026 at his home. Gary was born June 9, 1964 in Harrisonburg, and was the son of the late Earl Jefferson Price Sr. and Shelby Jean Kibler Price.

In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Clark; his "Sweet Heart" Brenda Clark; brothers, Jeff Price, David Price, Chris Kibler; infant brother, Larry Price and a great-nephew, Noah Pastrana.

Scott grew up in Shenandoah and was a graduate of Page County High School. He was a member of the Shenandoah Moose, and a former member of the Eagles in New Market. He loving golfing with his friends and golfed with them locally and on frequent trips to South Carolina. He visited the VFW Post in Shenandoah often. He had worked for Green Wood Inc. at Merck for many years. Scott never met a stranger and he will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Gary is survived by a brother, Preston J. "Jay Bird" Price; sisters, Patricia Cubbage, Brenda Wright; best friends, James Cave and wife, Stacey, Scotty Fisher, Johnny Hammer, Kenny Lam; Shenandoah Moose family, Shenandoah VFW, Post 8613 family, New Market Eagles family, his golf family, Greenwood Inc. co-workers; 3 nieces, 8 nephews, 7 great-nieces and 6 great-nephews, 1 great-great-nephew and 1 great-great-niece.

The family will receive friends 1 to 3 p.m., Sunday, March 22, 2026 at the Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton. A memorial service will follow at 3 p.m. with Pastor Jimmy Kite and Pastor Carter Dean officiating.

Following the service, a dinner will be served at the Shenandoah VFW, Post 8613, 1103 Varina Ave., Shenandoah, Va 22849.

Burial of the ashes will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
