Gary Lee Werchick Jr., born on July 25, 1971, in San Mateo, California, to Sandra Kaye Burns and Gary Lee Werchick Sr. A graduate of Aragon High School, Class of 1990, Gary a.k.a. GDubb was an elite athlete with a passion for health and fitness. His athletic skills, particularly in basketball, were a significant part of his life.
Gary ventured into entrepreneurship, using his skills and innovative mindset to create opportunities. He had an ability to navigate challenges, identify opportunities, and positively impact those around him with his energy and enthusiasm. Gary also enjoyed traveling and experiencing different cultures. His happiest moments were those spent with family and friends, creating lasting memories. The well-being and happiness of his children, Austin Werchick and Audrey Werchick, whom he shared with Yvette Urrutia, were central to his life. He cherished his family, including his aunts Carolyn Washington and Joyce Mahaney, and uncle Alfred Tibbs. His Aunt Carolyn held a special place in his heart and her unwavering support was a cornerstone in his life.
Gary was preceded in death by his grandparents Mary and Eddie Brown, aunts Lenora Stroughter, Beverly Lanzilla, and Dianne Martin. Gary's passing leaves an irreplaceable void in the hearts of his family and friends. His life, marked by a deep love for family, friends and a passion for life, will continue to inspire those he leaves behind. Gary's memory is honored by his children, aunts, uncle, and many cousins, who will continue to cherish the love and moments they shared with him. Gary Lee Werchick Jr.'s life, a testament to passion, resilience, and love, will be treasured by all who knew him.
