Gary Young Obituary
Gary was born on October 3, 1962, in Ray County, the son of Jerry C. and Avis (Craig) Young. He was united in marriage to Joanna Nicoll Anderson of Henrietta on April 20, 2015; she survives of the home.
Additional survivors include: son, Jesse Young; daughter, Jamie Young; step-son, Chaz Nicoll; step-daughter, Demore Turner; four grandchildren; four step-grandchildren: Elijah Hathaway, Zerlina Turner, Mila Nicoll and Laya Nicoll; brother, Dennis Young; and sister, Diane Stratton.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Gary Dean Young Memorial Fund. They left at or mailed to Thurman Funeral Home, 507 East Main Street-P.O. Box 190, Richmond, MO 64085.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be at a later date in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville. Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond is in charge of arrangements. Please share your memories of Gary with the family by visiting www.thurmanfuneralhome.com.
