Gene Adam Aldaco Sr., age 53 went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Trinity Health Oakland Campus in Pontiac, MI. He was born April 22, 1970 in Alma, MI to his father Geno Aldaco and mother Eva Ramirez.
Gene was a charismatic, sociable, and a gifted individual. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp. Afterwards he used his skills for serving others and saving lives by working as a Paramedic through MMR, Beaumont, Pontiac General Hospital, and Octapharma Plasma. Gene also had a fighting spirit, surviving Covid-19 and several heart attacks, he went on for another few years relearning to breathe, eat, and walk on his own. During this time, he was given the chance to meet his two youngest grandchildren (Breyer Longanbach and Raelynn Miles), walk his oldest daughter down the aisle, and regain his independence so he could live the rest of his life to the fullest.
Gene was always the life of the party as his friends and family can attest to. He enjoyed spending time with everyone who was important to him and just having fun. He made other people laugh until the very end, even after suffering a massive stroke that ultimately took his life.
Gene is survived by his children, Alicia (Randy Miles) Aldaco, Natalia (Jacob) Longanbach, Gene Aldaco Jr.; six grandchildren Kendell Longanbach, Kensington Longanbach, Blakeland Longanbach, Breyer Longanbach, Adalynn Aldaco, and Raelynn Miles; his mother, Eva Ramirez and sister, Linda Ramirez.
He was preceded in death by his father Geno Aldaco and his grandson Randy Miles Jr.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 11:30am at the Nativity of the Lord Catholic Church, 605 S. Franklin Street, St. Louis, Michigan. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Alma. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the family.
