Gene Terese Banach, age 66, of Lynbrook N.Y., passed away peacefully on April 9th at Good Shepherd Hospice in Rockville Centre N.Y., following a months long stay at Mt Sinai/South Nassau Hospital in Oceanside, N.Y., fighting Sepsis brought on from infected kidney stones.
Gene is predeceased by her parents Thomas and Gaetana Tierney, brothers Thomas and Lawrence Tierney, husband Bruce Banach and Grand Niece Brooke Tierney. She is survived by her siblings Raymond, Kathleen, Patricia, Maureen and brother in law Danny Armstrong,
daughter Sarah Jean, four grandchildren, Anthony Michael(Max), James Bruce, Lucian Christopher and Sarina Rose, 6 nephews, Sean, Jeremy, Louis, Christopher, Anthony and Danny Boy, 2 nieces Raechel and Amanda (her Goddaughter), 5 grand nephews, Austin, Ryan, Hunter, Nathan and Vinny, 7 grand nieces, Aislynn, Emilie, Lea, Madeline, Sydney, Siena and Ari.
May Gene rest in peace knowing she was loved.
