Muriel E. (Conrad) Banach, 89, of Worcester, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home, on Thursday, October 9, 2025, with her beloved family by her side.
She leaves her devoted children, Lynne Belazarian, Debra Ricciardi and her husband Paul, and Brenda Banach; her cherished grandchildren, Leah Bouchard and her husband Joe, Adam Belazarian and his wife Jennifer, Justin Ricciardi and his wife Sarai, Nina Quirk and her husband Michael, Ashley Ricciardi, and Courtney Hackett; great-grandchildren, Gregory, Nathan, Cole, Jude, Trey, Vivian, Karisma, and Lucy; as well as a long list of lifelong friends. She was predeceased by her significant other, Paul Boutillette, who passed in 2018.
Muriel was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Lloyd and Catherine (Ross) Conrad. She was raised and educated in Auburn, and graduated from Auburn High School with the Class of 1954. She worked for many years doing clerical and secretarial work for local offices, and retired from Fallon Community Health after a long career. It was there at Fallon that Muriel made many longtime friends and connections.
In her free time, she enjoyed tending to and maintaining her yard, and above all, being with her family and making precious memories with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Muriel's family would like to extend their sincere appreciation for the staff of JHC Hospice, especially Shannon, Kim, and Annmarie, whose loving care in these final days has been wonderful. Thank you.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Muriel's name to a charity of your choice.
