Genetta Barber Obituary
at her residence. Funeral services for Genetta Barber are scheduled to be conducted on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 1 PM, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Elder Cary Kemp and Elder Anthony Barber officiating. Interment will follow in The Maple Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 5 PM until 8 PM, and on Friday from 9 AM until service time at 1 PM.
She was preceded in death by Husband, Glen C. Barber; Parents, Thomas Mayward Kemp and Hattie Irene Swindle Kemp; Son-in-Law, Bill Gregory; Grandson, Troy Davis Barber; Great-Granddaughter, Brianna Lashei Dotson-Barber; Great-Great-Grandson, Beaux River Whittemore; Brothers, J.B. Kemp and wife, Annette Oldham Kemp, and Carl Kemp and wife, Barbara Thomas Kemp.

Dell Walker
Twenty-three Great-Grandchildren, Ten Great-Great-Grandchildren, and Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
