Geneva Mae Boehm, age 90, of Radnor, Ohio passed away Monday morning, December 22, 2025, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware. Geneva was born in Marion, Ohio, on June 7, 1935, to the late Francis Everly and Ilo (Manley) Everly.
Geneva graduated from Marion Harding High School in the class of 1953. Afterwards, Geneva would marry the love of her life Harold Boehm in 1955, enjoying nearly 62 years of marriage together before Harold's passing in 2016. Harold was a veteran of the Korean War, and Geneva was very proud of this fact.
Geneva was a homemaker, taking the most amazing care of her family. Meals from Geneva included all kinds of vegetables grown at home, and desserts included pies adorned with fruit from her garden.
Gardening, and well as pickling and canning were a real passion of Geneva. From classic pickled cucumbers to black raspberry jam, the quality and care put into Geneva's produce was unmatched.
Geneva also did many different types of crafts. These included but are not limited to plastic canvases, ornaments for Christmas, and calendars that had all of the special days of the year marked with a design.
Geneva was involved in a few organizations including the 4H Club as an advisor, the Radnor Green Thumbs Club, and she was a leader of Cub Scout Pack 548. Geneva was proud of the things that she made and grew, especially her family. She was gentle, thrifty, witty, and was a fantastic mom. She will be forever missed.
In addition to her parents, Geneva is preceded in death by her husband Harold Boehm; her sisters Frannie Large, Thelma Miller, and Mary Large; as well as her three brothers who passed in infancy.
Geneva Mae Boehm is survived by her children Jeff (Nancy) Boehm of Worthington, John (Beth) Boehm of Radnor, Jennifer (Mark) Brockmeyer of Butler, and Joe (Rona) Boehm of Upper Arlington; grandchildren Steven Boehm, Greg Boehm, Jeremy Boehm, Annie Boehm, Kevin Brockmeyer, Dustin Brockmeyer, Sarah Boehm, Mary Boehm, and Leah Boehm; great-grandchildren Noah Brockmeyer and Margaret Brockmeyer; as well as a host of beloved nieces and nephews.
