Genevieve F. Baldwin
Genevieve Fiore Baldwin, 97, died peacefully December 27, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Genevieve was born to Salvatore and Genevieve Iannucci Fiore on 30 January 1927 and grew up on Court Street in New Haven. She attended Hillhouse High School and Larson College. It was during her employment at Argraves and Son Engineering in New Haven that she met her husband, Arthur L. Baldwin, Jr, of Milford. They were married in 1949 and lived in the Milford family home for the rest of their lives where they raised their three children, Arthur III (Mary Holm), Patricia (Brian Molloy), and Elizabeth (Dag Anderson). She is also survived by her grandchildren: Timothy, Allison, and Carolyn Baldwin; Nathaniel and Genevieve Clark; and Erika Anderson, as well as her sister, Gloria Kilberg, and several nieces and nephews.
Genevieve was predeceased by her husband, her parents, her brother Fred D. Fiore, and her sister, Marie Early and her son-in-law, John P. Clark.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Infant Church in Orange on Tuesday January 7 at 11 a.m. followed by burial in King's Highway Cemetery in Milford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Orange Volunteer Fire Department, Station 2, 355 Boston Post Road, P.O.
