Graveside Services for Mrs. Genevieve Otto Spoerer, of Crossville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 4, 2025, will be held on Sunday September 7, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Pomona Cemetery.
Genevieve was born to Rev. and Mrs. Cornelius Otto on October 14, 1923, in Patterson, New York. She married George Spoerer on October 15, 1955, at the First Baptist Church in Poughkeepsie, New York. In 2023, Genevieve was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George.
Genevieve is survived by: Sharon Gunn, niece, of Carthage, Tennessee; Darryl Otto, nephew, of Pisgah Forest, North Carolina; C. Darren Otto, nephew, of Beverly, Massachusetts; David Amos, nephew, of Suttons Bay, Michigan; and, Dr. Deborah Amos, niece, of Anacortes, Washington.
In addition to her husband, Genevieve was preceded in death by her brother, Cornelius Otto, and her sister, Eleanor Amos.
