He is survived by his brother Stephen R. Ambrose and his wife Susan E. Ambrose; three nephews Scott (Melanie), Sean (Raven), and Seth (Amy); two great-nieces Catherine and Abigail Ambrose; a great-nephew Brayden Ambrose.
Respecting his wishes, there will be no viewing. Following cremation there will be a private graveside service at the convenience of the family. The John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., West York, is assisting with the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, send donations to Animal Rescue P.O. Box 35, Maryland Line, MD 21105.
