George C. Efstratios

George Charles Efstratios, 82, of Salem, MA, peacefully passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at Lahey Burlington, surrounded by his loving family. Born on November 9, 1942, he was the son of the late Charles and Julie (Smith) Efstratios.
George was born and raised in Lynn and proudly served in the Army. He was always full of energy and loved to keep busy. George's work as a machinist and car salesman spanned many years, where his hard work and charm made a lasting impact on those around him. In his free time, he loved to travel, taking many trips to Las Vegas and many cruises. George also loved to gamble, finding joy in the thrill of the game. His family was his world, he cherished every gathering, filling the room with laughter, warmth, and his boundless enthusiasm.
George will be dearly missed and is survived by his beloved son, Chad Efstratios and his wife Jennifer of Atkinson, NH; loving siblings, Guy Efstratios and Julie Jean Mascovitz, as well as his grandchildren, Tamara, Tisha, Gavin, Jace, Mia, and Kit. He is also survived by his two great-grandchildren, Reinol and Tahliaa, and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Solimine Funeral Home, 426 Broadway (Rt 129) Lynn. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn.
