George Glover Obituary
George was predeceased by his mother Victoria and is survived by father George Glover Sr., step mother Anne, sisters Dawn and Denise, Aunt Pat, Aunt Dorothy and several cousins.
George liked guitar, the Yankees and making artistic paintings.
He came from a family of fire fighters including his Uncle John, Uncle Bob and his dad. George loved fire service as illustrated by his attendance at over 150 FDNY funerals after 9/11. He will be missed by all.
RIP George.
The family will receive friends at the Westchester Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Main Street, Eastchester on Friday, April 1, 2-4; 6-8 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the NY Firefighters Burn Center Foundation - http://www.nyffburncenter.com

I worked with George in the early 80´s, while he was at EPD. He was a good boss and we had a lot of laughs while getting the work done. Something triggered my memories of those days and I went searching for him and found this site. Sad to hear of his passing. RIP brother.
