George graduated from Irondequoit High School in 1965 and went on to serve in the Vietnam War. After returning home, he earned his bachelors degree in Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in 1973. Over the years, he held various positions before eventually retiring from Bausch & Lomb. George was a deeply spiritual person who had a passion for astrology and enjoyed collecting crystals and gemstones. He especially cherished spending time with his grandchildren, who brought him immense joy.
George was preceded in death by his sister Joanne and his parents Pasqualina and Marvin.
He is survived by his sons, Gregory and Daniel (Rheanne) and his 4 grand children, Louis, Dominic, Jolene and Benjamin.
