George Morris Obituary

He was born December 26, 1957, in Lima, to Jesse F. and Harriet P. (Cramer) Morris, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include his siblings: Terry L. Morris of Wapakoneta, Richard T. Morris of Lima, Linda (James-dec'd) Collins of Lima, Carolyn "Sue" S. (Ray) Hurst of Lima, and Sally (Dennis-dec'd) Leapper of Findlay, plus a sister-in-law, Faye Morris of Lima.
He is also preceded in death by the following siblings: Jesse F. Morris, Jr., Dale Morris, and Darlene Morris.
George was employed at Marimor Workshop. He participated in Special Olympics when he was younger. His imagination allowed him to be a truck driver, completing his log books daily, and a firefighter. He enjoyed listening to country music.
His visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 29, 2025, at the Shawnee Chapel of Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services. His service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Marimor Industries, Inc., 2450 Ada Rd., Lima, OH 45801.
