George Oliver Mozee, Jr. passed away on September 11, 2025 at the age of 62. George was born September 14, 1962, son of George Mozee, Sr. and Mary Lee Bishop.

George was a lifelong resident of Wright City, Missouri, and a devoted family man. He had a deep love for baseball-whether he was playing the game, watching it, or proudly supporting his favorite team, the St. Louis Cardinals. He was also an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and never missed a chance to cheer them on. George found great joy in spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and was a constant presence at their sporting events.

George is survived by his son, Donovan Mozee; three daughters, Lakrisha Mozee, Lakresha Mozee, and Mariah Mozee; 13 grandchildren, Jaylon, Jamya, Jeremiah, Janya, Kalib, Nathan, Kayyden, Leiyah, Adrenna, Lashae, Layeah, Maximus, and Mikkel; 3 great-grandchildren, Zara, Zyla, and Zoelle; and sisters, brothers, and extended family. He is preceded in death by his father, George Oliver Mozee, Sr., mother, Mary Lee Bishop, son-in-law, James Davis, and six siblings.
