George Murawski

GEORGE MURAWSKI, 75, of Jackson Twp, NJ, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, at his home. George was born in Jersey City, NJ where he lived until settling in Jackson Twp., 48 years ago.
George was employed as an HVAC Engineer for DLB Associates, Eatontown, NJ. He retired in 2014. He also worked for John C. Morris Associates, Red Bank, NJ. George enjoyed fishing, shooting guns, antique cars, old 70's music, and 60's Do Wop. Above all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
George was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Frances Murawski; his grandson, Cash Murawski, and his great-granddaughter, Carmen Downing. He is survived by his wife, Angelita Murawski, of 56 years; his daughter, Francine Downing and her husband, Paul; his sons, George Murawski and his wife, Jennifer, and Bryan Murawski and his wife, Staci; his grandchildren, Jacob, Tristan, Felicia, Jayden, Kirra, and Willow; his brother, Frank Murawski and his wife, Kim; his nephews, Bryan Murawski and his wife, Janice and their children Chelsey, Nathan, Micah and Adam, William Murawski and his wife, Rachel and their daughter, Lucy, nephew, Alan Murawski: and by his nieces, Joy Murawski and Lisa Rodriguez.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend George's visitation on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 4-7 PM with a family service at 7 PM at the George S. Hassler Funeral Home, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A private cremation will follow.
