George F. Pake, age 92 of Marysville, passed away on June 8, 2024, with his family by his side. He was born on January 4, 1932, in Alpena to the late George and Linda Pake.
He married Betty A. Jowett on December 27, 1958, in Port Huron.
George served honorably in the United States Army, serving two years in the Korean War. He was a high school business teacher, Assistant Superintendent and coach. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Pake, sons and daughters-in-law; David and Barbara Pake and Jon and Virginia Pake, his beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister, Harriet Burke, along with several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Inurnment will be in Riverlawn Cemetery in Marysville.
Memorial tributes can be made to the Wounded Warriors.
