George Steinhardt, 94 of Bloomingdale, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully on May 20th, 2025, while watching the Cubs game in his favorite recliner.
George was a devoted husband to Dolores (nee Stuckemeyer) sharing 71 wonderful years of marriage. He was a loving father of Kathy (Tom), Harold, Eric (Alison), Lisa and Pookie. He was also a loving grandfather of Moe, Mike, Heather (Jonathan), Erin, Logan, Zoey, and Leo, and an adoring great-grandfather of Calem and McKenna. George was a dear brother of Bev Wendel and a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in George’s honor may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Roselle, IL where he was a member for over 60 years.
