George is survived by his wife, Nancy Richardson of Ankeny, IA; sons, Michael Stevens of Hollywood, MD, Scott Stevens of Hanover, IN, Troy (Jennifer) Stevens or Eastvale, CA; daughter, Susette Wilson of Brooksburg, IN; sisters, Gwen Bendixon of El Cajon, CA, Evelyn Roberts of Weed, CA; sister-in-law, Suzie Garnett of Des Moines, IA; niece, Amanda (Nathan) Penning of Grimes, IA; nephew, Justin Garnett of West Des Moines, Iowa; grandchildren, and many friends.
Per his wishes, George was cremated and no services are planned.
