George "Junebug" Talicol Jr.'s Story, 1971 - 2025, age 54, Boca Raton, Florida

George "Junebug" Talicol Jr., 54, passed away on July 13, 2025, in Boca Raton, Florida. Born on April 21, 1971, in Miami, Florida, George lived a life marked by warmth, connection, and unwavering devotion to those he loved.

A proud graduate of Miami Central High School, George remained deeply rooted in his hometown community throughout his life. Known affectionately as "Junebug,' he had a natural ability to bring people together with his easygoing nature and

generous spirit. Whether sharing stories or casting a line into the water as an avid fisherman, George found joy in life's simple pleasures and shared that joy freely with others.

George was a loving and devoted husband to Mylang Talicol and a proud father to his daughters, Alexis Talicol, Kayla Talicol and Timmothy Yun Cafiero, his nephew who he raised as his own son. His family was the center of his world, and he cherished

every moment spent with them. He also held close bonds with his mother, Consolacion Talicol; his siblings Emilie Jett, Gener Talicol, Benjamin Talicol, and Gladys Sheinfeld; and many others who were fortunate to know him.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Talicol Sr.

Those who knew George remember him as an incredible person who got along with everyone. His presence brought light and laughter into every room he entered. His sudden passing has left a profound void in the hearts of all who loved him.

A Memorial Service will be held on August 30, 2025, at 11:00 am at Saint Bernadette Catholic Parish, 7450 Stirling Road, Hollywood, FL 33024.
