It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of George J. Will Jr., who left this world peacefully on November 3, 2025, at LECOM Senior Living Center at the age of 92.
He was born in his childhood home on January 21, 1933, in Erie, Pennsylvania, to the late George H. and Clara (Schnell) Will Sr.
George inherited Will's General Store from his father, proudly continuing the family tradition. He was also the former owner of Will's Feed and Farm Supply and Silver Thorn Poultry in McKean, as well as a truck driver for Atlantic Richfield. As a man who loved music and storytelling, he would share his life stories, which included his beloved antique cars, the joy he found in car shows, and cruising the dock in his younger years. Above all, George loved the time spent with family. His kindness and love for them will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Wanda Will; his daughter-in-law, Kathy Will and his five siblings.
George leaves behind to cherish him in memory, his children: Jeffrey Will (Pamela), George Will III, Mark Will (Patricia), Christine Yount (Charlie Karash) and Matthew Will (Lisa). He is further survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends are invited to call at Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services Inc Wintergreen, 2532 Norcross Road, on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 10:00 am until a 10:30 am memorial service. Inurnment with his wife to follow in Whispering Pines Cremation Garden.
