Georgeann lived her entire life in St Paul, graduated from Washington High School. She met the love of her life, Lloyd Lee, over the fence of her childhood home. Their nearly 50 years of marriage blessed them with 4 beautiful children, and many wonderful family memories. Their cabin in Cambridge brought card parties with the lake bunch, and many get-togethers with their constantly growing family. Georgie so loved her gardens. Still out there at 92 caring for her vegetables. She was gifted and loved to crochet! Everyone has a cherished afghan and dishcloths, made with her loving hands. Lloyd and Georgeann were founding members of St. Thomas of the Apostle Church, now The Church of the Blessed Sacrament. Georgeann attended every Saturday service, even Saturdays at the lake. She visited and delivered communion to the homebound. She also was a Martha, assisting in the funeral services for as long as she was able. Contributed to many of the bake sales, with her famous brownies and peanut butter cookies, fund raisers and helped wherever she could. Church was very important to her. Georgeann always looked forward to seeing her Grand Children, Great and Great, Great Grandchildren, truly the greatest blessing to her. She so enjoyed seeing each, and every one of them as often as she could. Georgeann loved her Minnesota sports teams! Going to many games with her children. Often calling and letting others know when there was a bad call or a great play! She kept up on all her favorite teams.
Georgeann lived a very full life with so much love around her. She will be greatly missed and her legacy lives on in so many through her beautiful family.
