Georgia Kay Clark, age 69 of Haleyville, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025.
She was born July 29, 1955 in Sandusky, Ohio to Willis and Charalattie Evans. Georgia was a kind and amazing woman. Her lighthearted smile and laugh will always be something anyone would remember about her. She was selfless, hardworking, and dedicated to her family. Georgia loved her children, grandchildren, and family deeply and touched many lives.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where the service will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Delmar. Dr. Ron Horton will officiate.
Georgia is survived by her son, Charles Deglenn Clark; daughter, Raelynn Cagle and her husband Josh; grandchildren, Ethan Clark, Dekaiden Clark, Mikayla Golden, Hailey Cagle, and Jayden Cagle; brother, Ford Evans and his wife Mary "Mug"; sisters, Terry Smith and Erin Leber and her husband Charles; brother-in-law, Lars Johansson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her; husband, Charles Rayburn Clark; parents, Willis and Charalattie Evans; and sisters, Linda Johansson and Marcia Costello and her husband John.

May God's love comfort all of you !!I'm sorry for the loss of your loved one. I remember this sweet lady from work at Azalea Manor and my son Brody being friends with her grandchildren Ethan and his brother.
